No. This is voluntary wellness screening offered as a benefit and it is not designed or intended to inform hiring, fitness-for-duty or any other employment decision. If you need a role-specific assessment tied to documented physical job demands, that is a different piece of work with different rules - ask us about it directly.
The worker. Individual results are theirs and we do not share them with you. You receive attendance numbers and can request a de-identified group summary with no names attached.
Yes, that is most of what we do. We need a private space - a site trailer works - and we schedule around breaks, pours and lifts rather than pulling people off critical work.
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to do it. If we are already on your site for hearing testing, adding a wellness station means one visit rather than two.
The nurse explains what the reading means and advises them to see their own doctor, with a clear note of what to raise. We do not diagnose and we do not treat - we find the things worth following up and make sure the worker knows about them.
