We administer seasonal influenza vaccines and approved COVID-19 vaccines in accordance with BC public health guidelines. All vaccines are sourced through regulated supply channels and administered by licensed Registered Nurses. If your organization requires additional occupational vaccines, we can discuss availability and program coordination.

Capacity depends on the number of nurses on-site and the structure of your schedule. On average, one nurse can vaccinate approximately 25–40 employees per hour, depending on workflow and screening requirements. For larger organizations, we scale staffing accordingly to complete your clinic efficiently with minimal operational disruption.

Yes. We manage the full clinic setup and coordination process, including: Pre-clinic planning and scheduling, On-site clinic setup and supply management, Consent and screening documentation, Vaccine administration, Post-clinic reporting (as required). You provide the space — we handle the rest.

All employees complete a medical screening form prior to vaccination. Our Registered Nurses assess eligibility, answer questions, and provide guidance on contraindications. If a vaccine is not appropriate for an individual, we advise them accordingly and recommend follow-up with their primary healthcare provider.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, particularly during peak flu season (September–December). For large workforce clinics, earlier planning ensures preferred dates and optimal staffing. We also accommodate short-notice bookings when availability allows.
