Never miss a retest again

The Clear Work Compliance Plan: we track every worker's hearing test, fit test and first aid due dates, remind you before anything lapses, and come to your site to get it done.

How the plan works

You send us your crew list once. From then on, we keep track of who is due for what, remind you before anything lapses, and come to your site to get it done.

1
Send your crew list

Names, roles and last test dates if you have them. We set up your client portal.

2
We track every due date

Hearing tests, fit tests and first aid certificates, worker by worker.

3
We remind you and book it

About 60 days before anything is due, we reach out with dates that work for your site.

4
We test on site

Your crew never leaves work. Results go straight to your portal, and we report hearing tests to WorkSafeBC.

What we keep on track for you

The three requirements BC employers most often fall behind on.

Every 12 monthsHearing tests

Every worker exposed to noise above 85 dBA, plus new hires within 6 months of starting. We flag new hires so nobody slips through.

Every 12 monthsRespirator fit tests

Every worker who wears a tight-fitting respirator, and anyone who changes mask make, model or size in between.

Every 3 yearsFirst aid certificates

Basic and Intermediate certificates for your attendants. We book renewal training on site before they expire.

Questions

Who is the plan for?

Any BC employer with workers in noise, workers who wear respirators, or first aid attendants on site. It works for crews of 5 and for companies with hundreds of workers across several sites.

What if we already have test records from another provider?

Send us what you have. We'll load the dates into your portal so your first reminders are based on your real history.

What happens when we hire someone new?

Let us know when they start and we'll make sure they're tested within 6 months, often by adding them to a visit we already have planned near you.
