Working in the Sea-to-Sky
Sea-to-Sky employers work around loud equipment year round: port and marine operations and forestry in Squamish, construction along the corridor, and snowmaking, grooming, lift maintenance and resort operations in Whistler, with large seasonal teams to test.
We schedule Sea-to-Sky visits around your season and test everyone in as few visits as possible. Ask about adding other workplace services to the same trip when you request a quote. We do not currently offer in-home services in the Sea-to-Sky corridor.
What a Sea-to-Sky Visit Includes
- WorkSafeBC-authorized audiometric testing with calibrated equipment, carried out by an approved Industrial Audiometric Business (IAB #436)
- Testing on all shifts, including nights and weekends
- Custom ear impressions and moulded industrial hearing protection in the same visit
- Construction employers in classification units starting with 72 tested under WorkSafeBC's Construction Industry Program
- Audiograms and records for your hearing conservation program
