Built for Employers. Backed by Healthcare Professionals.
Clear Health Group delivers mobile occupational health and compliance programs for employers across British Columbia. Through our Clear Home division, we also provide RN-led services for care homes and private clients.

Built to Fix a Broken System
Clear Health Group was founded to address inefficiencies in workplace health and community care across British Columbia. With decades of clinical experience and operational leadership, our team recognized that employers and families needed structured, mobile solutions delivered directly to their location.
The Challenge
Employers were juggling multiple vendors for compliance testing, leading to inefficiencies, downtime, and inconsistent documentation. Families faced similar barriers accessing reliable in-home care.
The Model We Built
We created a structured mobile healthcare platform - one provider, coordinated scheduling, consistent documentation, and province-wide coverage.
Clear Work
Mobile occupational health programs built around hearing testing and respirator fit testing - delivered on site with calibrated equipment, structured documentation, and WorkSafeBC-aligned compliance support.
Clear Home
RN-led mobile services supporting care homes, retirement communities, and private clients. Services include ear care, hearing support, wellness checks, and structured in-residence programs delivered with clinical oversight and professional standards.
What Sets Us Apart
Clear Health Group combines regulated healthcare professionals with structured mobile operations. We deliver WorkSafeBC-aligned occupational health programs across British Columbia, alongside RN-led services for care homes and private clients.
Clinical Leadership. Operational Vision.
After decades of experience in both clinical care and workplace health environments, our leadership recognized a recurring problem - fragmented compliance systems and inconsistent access to care across British Columbia.
Employers were managing multiple testing vendors. Documentation lacked consistency. Scheduling disrupted operations. At the same time, families and care homes struggled to access timely, regulated in-home services.
Clear Health Group was built to solve both challenges through one structured, mobile platform - delivering WorkSafeBC-aligned occupational health programs and RN-led services across the province.
By combining clinical expertise with operational coordination, we created a scalable model that simplifies healthcare delivery for employers, care homes, and private clients alike.

Licensed Professionals. Local to BC.
Every Clear Health Group clinician is a licensed, experienced healthcare
professional - from registered nurses and certified audiometric technicians to occupational health
specialists. Our team delivers care across BC's Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island,
and Interior regions.
