Answers to common questions about on-site employee wellness screening in BC.
Blood pressure, resting heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood glucose, cholesterol where available, height, weight and BMI, plus time with a Registered Nurse to talk through the results. Each appointment takes 15 to 30 minutes.
The employee. Individual results are theirs and we do not share them with you. Employers receive attendance numbers, and can request a de-identified group summary (for example, how many participants had a reading worth following up) with no names attached.
No. This is voluntary wellness screening offered as a benefit, and it is not designed to inform hiring or employment decisions. If you need a role-specific assessment tied to documented physical job demands, that is a different service with different rules. Talk to us about it directly.
Yes, that is how we work. We need a private room and a schedule. We cover the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the Interior, and regularly run multi-site programs.
One nurse manages roughly 16 to 20 appointments a day at 20 to 30 minutes each, and we add nurses for larger groups. For a crew of 35 we would typically plan two nurses and a single day.
