Clear Health Group coordinated an on-site corporate wellness clinic in Richmond, BC for 35 employees.
A Registered Nurse attended the workplace with the equipment and documentation required to conduct
individual employee health assessments.
Our corporate wellness screening program is designed to help identify potential health risks, support prevention and promote general employee health awareness. The screening is confidential and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Step 1: Workplace Coordination
The clinic was organized around the employer's workplace health event.
Clear Health Group prepared the clinical documentation, screening equipment and on-site workflow in advance so employees could participate at their workplace rather than travelling to an outside clinic.
Step 2: Registered Nurse-Led Assessments
Employees met individually with a Registered Nurse for confidential health screening.
The assessment process allows the nurse to review relevant health information and document screening results in a structured format.
Participation is voluntary, and personal health information collected through the screening is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Step 3: Health Screening
Depending on the workplace program and testing selected, Clear Health Group's employee wellness assessments can include
- Blood pressure
- Resting heart rate
- Oxygen saturation (SpO2)
- Blood glucose
- Cholesterol screening, when available
- Height and weight
- BMI
- Relevant health history
- Smoking and nicotine history
The clinical screening record provides structured documentation for vital signs, blood glucose, cholesterol measurements and physical health indicators.
Step 4: Individual Health Discussion
The assessment is more than simply collecting measurements.
The nurse can discuss relevant results privately with each employee and provide general health education based on the screening.
This can include cardiovascular risk awareness, diabetes risk awareness and general lifestyle education.
Where appropriate, employees can also be advised to follow up with their regular healthcare provider for further assessment.
