On-Site Flu & COVID Clinics in Langley

Nurse-led immunization clinics delivered at your Langley workplace. We bring the vaccine, the cold chain, the consent paperwork and the nurses, so your team gets vaccinated between shifts instead of booking a pharmacy appointment they will skip.

Booking now for the 2026-27 season. Clinics run September through December, and two to four weeks' notice secures your preferred dates. Minimum 5 people per visit.

What's Included

Workplace Immunization, Brought to You

Langley employers in manufacturing, construction, agriculture and the trades run into the same problem. Telling staff the flu shot is free at any pharmacy produces a predictable result: the conscientious ones go, and everyone else means to. An on-site clinic removes every step between intention and injection.

  • Influenza vaccine supplied through Fraser Health
  • Registered Nurses with immunization competency training
  • Vaccine held at +2°C to +8°C with continuous temperature monitoring and a logged cold chain
  • Screening, consent and contraindication review handled by the nurse, not by your HR team
  • Participation summary after the clinic for your internal records

You are not paying for vaccine. Influenza vaccine comes to us through Fraser Health, so the publicly funded dose your staff would receive at a pharmacy is the dose they receive at work. What you pay for is the nurses, the cold chain and the logistics of bringing it to your floor.

Influenza and COVID-19 are funded differently. Influenza vaccine is publicly funded for every BC resident six months and older, so an on-site flu clinic is open to your whole workforce. Publicly funded COVID-19 vaccine is directed to eligible groups, including people 65 and over, the severely immunocompromised, pregnant people and essential service workers such as health care workers and first responders. We confirm what your workforce is eligible for when we scope the clinic.

Why Us

A Clinic You Do Not Have to Run

Langley pairs a substantial manufacturing and trades base around the Gloucester industrial lands with working farmland across the Township. Both hire seasonally, and both are hard to reach with a clinic that only runs business hours.

Cold Chain You Can Point To

Vaccine that has been out of temperature range may not work, and the employee has no way of knowing. We hold +2°C to +8°C from pickup to injection with continuous monitoring, and keep the logs for three years. If you are comparing providers, ask the other one how they transport it.

Built Around Shift Work

Most workforces are not all in one building between nine and five. We schedule around shift changes, run early mornings and nights, and can cover more than one site across the season.

Already booking us for hearing testing or fit testing? Clinics can run on the same visit.

Simple Process

How a Langley Clinic Runs

We handle planning, supply, administration and reporting. You provide a room and confirm the dates.

Book Two to Four Weeks Out

We confirm headcount, dates and shift pattern, then order vaccine accordingly. Clinics run September through December, and October fills first.

Vaccine Travels Cold

Vaccine moves in insulated containers held between +2°C and +8°C with continuous temperature monitoring. Logs are retained for three years.

We Run the Clinic

Nurses set up, screen each employee, review contraindications, administer and observe afterwards. One nurse vaccinates roughly 25 to 40 people per hour, and we scale to your headcount. You receive a participation summary; individual records stay with the employee.
