Who issues the certificates?
Certificates are issued by the Canadian Red Cross and are valid for three years.
How many employees can you train at once?
We train groups of 5 or more at one site. Larger teams can be split across several sessions. No single-person bookings.
What do we need to provide?
Any room large enough for your group. We bring the training equipment and course materials. We ask for at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later cancellations are subject to late fees.
Do you offer training without certification?
Yes. Our First Aid Lunch & Learn is a 2-hour session on the primary survey, CPR and AED use, with hands-on practice on CPR manikins and a training AED. It is $1,000 + GST for unlimited attendees. It is not a certification, and lunch isn't included.
