Yes. Multi-site programs are normal for us - works yard, water treatment, transit garage, recreation centres and city hall can all be covered in one coordinated season with a single participation summary at the end.
Yes. Outdoor crews typically muster well before office hours and we schedule to meet them there. This matters more than it sounds: a clinic at 10am in the council building reaches administration and misses operations entirely.
No. There is no vaccination mandate for municipal employees. The BC reporting duty introduced in July 2024 applies to health authority staff, not municipal staff. Municipalities run clinics for service continuity and as an employee benefit, not to satisfy a rule.
Participation is voluntary and individual results belong to the employee - we make both of those explicit to every participant. That is usually what a joint health and safety committee wants to hear before endorsing the program.
Two to four weeks ahead, and earlier for multi-site programs. Clinics run September through December, and booking in September gets you dates that fit your operational calendar rather than the ones left in November.
