No. Since July 2024 staff of BC health authorities have been required to report their influenza immune status. That is a reporting duty, not a vaccination mandate. An on-site clinic does not change anyone's obligation - it makes the record easier to produce and raises the share of staff who are actually immunized.
Yes, and we would recommend it. A daytime-only clinic systematically misses the staff who are hardest to reach. Tell us your rotation and we will build the schedule around it, including early mornings and overnight.
Yes. Multi-site scheduling across a season is normal for us - it is how we already handle hearing testing for multi-facility clients. We can sequence sites so casual and float staff catch a clinic wherever they happen to be working.
A participation summary: how many staff attended at each site. Individual immunization records belong to the employee and we do not place clinical records in your HR files. If you need the record structured a particular way for your reporting, tell us before the clinic and we will set it up properly.
Two to four weeks, and earlier for multi-site programs. Clinics run September through December with October the busiest month, so healthcare clients who book early get the dates that fit their rotation rather than the dates left over.
RN-delivered clinics on every shift, with a participation record for reporting. October fills first.
