What's Included

Workplace Immunization in Vancouver

Hybrid offices downtown and in Mount Pleasant, split-shift hospitality and round-the-clock port crews rarely share one schedule.

  • Flu vaccine via Vancouver Coastal Health
  • COVID-19 vaccine for eligible staff
  • Registered Nurses with immunization competency training
  • Screening and consent handled by the nurse, not HR
  • Participation summary for your records

You don't pay for vaccine. The publicly funded flu dose comes through Vancouver Coastal Health. You pay for nurses, cold chain and the on-site clinic.

Flu and COVID-19 are funded differently. Flu vaccine is free for every BC resident six months and older. Publicly funded COVID-19 vaccine goes to eligible groups, such as people 65 and over, the severely immunocompromised, pregnant people and essential service workers like health care workers and first responders. We confirm eligibility when we scope the clinic.

We also offer hearing testing, respirator fit testing and first aid training in Vancouver, and run flu clinics nearby in Richmond and Burnaby. Full overview: on-site flu and COVID clinics.

Why Us

Timed for the Days Your Team Is Actually In

We book your busiest in-office days, usually Tuesday to Thursday, and can split a clinic over two days.

Offices, Studios and Terminals

A downtown boardroom, a False Creek Flats studio green room or a waterfront terminal lunchroom all work. We just need a private corner for screening and a few chairs for the 15-minute observation period.

One Visit, More Than One Service

Port, warehouse and production sites can add hearing or respirator fit testing, so you coordinate one day instead of three.

Simple Process

How a Vancouver Clinic Runs

One meeting room and about a morning of your coordinator's time, spread over a few weeks.

Book Your Dates

Tell us headcount, in-office days and which floors or sites need coverage. Downtown October dates go first, so book two to four weeks ahead.

Vaccine Travels Cold

Held at +2°C to +8°C from pickup to injection, continuously monitored, with logs kept three years.

We Run the Clinic

Nurses screen, check contraindications, vaccinate and observe, about 25 to 40 people per nurse per hour. You get a participation summary; individual records stay with the employee.

Where We Work

Provincial Coverage. Local Service.

Mobile occupational health and RN-led home care across BC. We come to your worksite or home, so there is no clinic visit.

Trusted by BC Employers and Families

Trusted by BC employers for on-site compliance, and by families for RN-led care at home.

They were also very accommodating with scheduling and made the process easy for our employees.
