A Licensed Audiologist, Not a Sales Representative
Your appointment is with Shruti Sahni, licensed with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC in both Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing. Holding both licences matters more than it sounds: in BC, prescribing and fitting a hearing aid sits under audiology, while dispensing the device is a separate licence. Most providers hold one and hand you to someone else for the rest. You get assessment, fitting and dispensing from the same person, in your own living room.
