When is a return-to-work assessment needed?

An RTW assessment is typically required when an employee has been off work due to injury, illness, or surgery and needs clinical clearance before resuming duties. Your HR policy may also require one for extended absences.

What does the assessment include?

Our RN evaluates the employee's current health status, reviews medical documentation, and assesses their fitness for their specific role. The Nurse Practitioner then reviews the findings and provides authorization.

How quickly can you schedule an assessment?
