Clear Work delivered the fit testing on-site in Burnaby, with Nurse Practitioner sign-off following through Clear Health Group.
Step 1: On-Site Qualitative Fit Testing
Clear Work technician Noah set up at Trane's Burnaby site and completed qualitative (hood) fit tests for 10 workers to CSA Z94.4 protocols, using the respirators they wear on the job. Workers were released in small groups so the day kept moving.
Step 2: Questions Answered, No Pressure
Noah walked Trane's Health & Safety team through their questions and gave them updated information on Clear Health Group's other occupational health services. Information only, no sales pitch.
Step 3: Nurse Practitioner Health Assessments
Clear Health Group Nurse Practitioner Monica is completing health assessments for the same 10 workers in Trane's lung repository program and signing off on the results, so the clinical side is handled by the same provider as the fit testing.
Step 4: Documentation
Each worker receives a pass/fail fit test result, and Trane receives organized records for its respiratory protection and lung repository programs.
Step 5: Victoria Next
Clear Work returns to Trane's Victoria site in November 2026 to deliver the same program on Vancouver Island.
